Athena R. Huckaby, MPH, Partners with PharmTrue for the Opioid Crisis & Pain Management Summit

We are excited to announce that Athena R. Huckaby, MPH, is partnering with PharmTrue for the upcoming Opioid Crisis & Pain Management Summit on September 14, 2024. This summit will bring together leading experts and stakeholders to address the critical issues surrounding the opioid crisis and explore innovative solutions for chronic pain management.

Athena R. Huckaby will kick off the event with an Overdose Response Training at 8:30 AM. This crucial training session will provide participants with life-saving skills, including the latest information about xylazine, also known as tranq. Attendees will also receive free naloxone as part of the training.

In addition to the training, Athena will be featured in the Panel Discussion on Opioid Alternatives and Pain Management, where she will share her insights and expertise on innovative approaches to tackling these complex issues.
